1. Be Respectful and Kind

Treat others with compassion and courtesy.
No bullying, harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or inflammatory language based on race, gender, age, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, or disability.

2. No Spam, Advertising, or Self-Promotion

Do not post unsolicited promotions or links to third-party products or services.
No repetitive or disruptive posts intended to drive traffic elsewhere.

3. Protect Privacy—Yours and Others'

Be careful when sharing your personal information (emails, phone numbers, addresses, financial data) with others.
Do not share others' personal information. Respect consent and confidentiality at all times.

4. Share Lawfully and Respect Copyright

Only upload content (text, images, video, audio) that you have the right to share.
Do not infringe on copyright, trademark, or any other intellectual property rights.

5. Keep Content On-Topic and Constructive

Posts should be relevant to yoga, wellness, community support, or the topic at hand.
Constructive feedback is welcome; trolling, flame wars, or derailment are not.

6. Do Not Post Harmful or Dangerous Content

No encouragement of self-harm, eating disorders, dangerous yoga/fitness practices, or substance abuse.
If you're in distress or crisis, we encourage you to seek professional help.

7. No Malicious Software or Technical Abuse

Do not post or link to malware, phishing sites, or files with harmful code.
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit our platform.

⚖️ Enforcement & Reporting

We reserve the right to:

Remove or modify any user content that violates these Guidelines or our Terms of Use.
Suspend or ban accounts for repeated or serious violations.
Report illegal activity to relevant authorities.
