Join your neighbors at Holmendammen Terrasse for a weekly yoga practice every Sunday at 3 PM!
Together, we'll move, stretch, relax, and meditate while having great conversations and getting to know one another.

If you're 15 or older, come join us! We’ve got room for 20 people—it's first come, first serve!

We'll be meeting at a park. Check out the exact location for each event below!
WHEN
Catch us every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month! Just make sure to double-check the date for each event below. It’s outdoors, so let’s hope for good weather—if it rains, we’ll have to cancel.
HOW
You can book online below or just show up! Bring your yoga mat, water bottle, towel, or any props you like. And don’t forget your SMILE! We’ll move, meditate, and make some new friends. If you need to cancel, just let us know 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees.

It's 180kr per person per session, and only kr100 for students.
