Private Yoga

Your body and mind are unique.

And so is your yoga practice.

Practice One-on-One

Get all the attention to yourself with a programme tailored to suit your strengths and weaknesses, interests and inspirations. This means you won't be doing things that are good for other people and not good for you. Each of your sessions will focus on a different area or style so as to provide you with a holistic approach to yoga practice,, all aiming at enhancing both your strength and flexibility.

At Your Own Convenience

Enjoy the flexibility of timing and location for your private classes. We practice in-person or online via Zoom. I can either come to your home space or we can agree to meet at a convenient location. And oh, let's face it, life can get in the way, but for the benefits of your yoga practice, you don't want to miss it. While we keep a normal weekly schedule, we can also discuss to change it according to your needs.
