Classes and retreats will be delivered as detailed in each event's page. Private classes and private group classes will be delivered based on agreed-upon timing.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the event's start time (unless specified otherwise in the event's description, such as retreats) to avoid being forfeited. If you have paid for your booking, please cancel it at least 24 hours before the event's start time to get a full refund. If you have not paid for your booking, your booking is not confirmed until a payment is made, and you can cancel anytime without a penalty.
Refund Policy
If your paid booking is cancelled at least 24 hours before event's start time, a full refund will be made within the 7 days following the cancellation. No refund will be made for cancellations of unpaid bookings.
Exchange Policy
Your paid class booking can be exchanged to another booking if requests are made at least 24 hours before the event's start time. If you would like to request an exchange, please send us an email at namaste@beeteeyogee.com.
