If you're reading this, you're definitely interested in yoga enough to spend a few minutes of your weekly time to read a little bit more about yoga, right?
A few months after I started practicing yoga in 2012, I realised it was not just a workout. The more I go, the smaller I feel in the vast knowledge of the holistic universe of yoga practice, which has a history of more than 4,000 years. Body anatomy, breathing techniques, cleansing techniques, meditation, mind training, the yogic way of life (the yamas and the niyamas), the realisation of self and things around us, etc. The topics are as vast as the sky and as deep as the ocean!
I hope to use this blog once a week to share those knowledge with you, either from my own understanding or from my yogi friends. So that you continue to practice yoga in one of its several forms, by your physical, mental or energetic body.
