Help you little ones build strength and maintain flexibility
Do you remember how flexible you were when you were a kid? You easily bent your back into a wheel, bent all the way forward to kiss your toes, brought those legs behind your head, effortlessly. What happened since then? Well, life happened. Office desk happened. Long flights happened. Couch and Netflix happened. But your kids are now still very flexible, and a regular yoga practice helps them maintain that flexibility and mobility in their bones, joints, tendons, ligaments and fascia. Even when life happens to them! Yoga also helps strengthen their body and coordinate their movements. With short meditation and breathing exercises, they become better at dealing with their stresses (trust me, their own life is stressful in its own way!). Kids yoga, additionally, the way I teach it, is game-based, storytelling-based that is fun, educational and inspiring. And as Dalai Lama said, if every eight-year-old in the world is taught meditation, we will eliminate violence from the world within one generation.
Cancellation Policy: - For classes between 9am-11pm JST, the class will be forfeited if a cancellation is communicated less than 2 hours prior to class time. - For classes between 7am-9am JST, cancellations have to be made prior to 11pm the day before to avoid forfeit. No refunds possible after purchase.
