Your body & mind are unique.
And so is your yoga practice.
After a couple of first classes to get to know each other, I will be designing a programme that suits your very own body & mind, taking into account your interests. I usually plan 10 classes in advance to make sure your yoga practice adopts a holistic approach. As we progress, I will adjust the plan according to changes in your body, mind and interests.
Each class will have a specific focus area, with both a strengthening part and a stretching part. The areas could include (but are not limited to):
